“We want to create irresistible environments and experiences that cause un-churched people and under-churched people to want to orbit their entire lives around a church that is having a local, regional, and global impact for Christ while positioning all people to take next steps with God. We will do this by multiplying our mission locally, regionally, and internationally by developing “Common Ground” locations that serve the heart of communities and contribute to their overall health and vitality by serving the distinct needs of those communities. At the end of the day, we’ll answer this question: How is our (The Bridge’s) being in this community making this community better and making people’s lives better?

CHRIST FIRST
We are about a relationship with God through Christ and not dogma or religion. Ultimately, everything we do is for this purpose: That Christ be lifted up and people be pointed to God.
GOD’S WORD IS CENTRAL
The Bible is the foundation of everything we’re about – how we live and how we love - and we teach it in a way that is life-giving and transformational not judgmental and divisive.
LOVE WITHOUT CONDITIONS
It is God’s love that transforms the human heart. We’re not about working hard at a list of do's and don’ts — we’re about falling in love with God and, in turn, loving each other that way. This is reality with God, not God without reality.
EVERYBODY HAS SOMETHING TO OFFER
We believe God has uniquely designed every human being to make a contribution to something bigger than themselves. We will help you discover how God has uniquely designed you to make a difference - no matter who you are or where you’ve been.

People have all kinds of needs and we want to meet them whether they’re connected to our church or not.

Whenever we get together, we want people to be inspired by God to live a life of faith, hope, passion, and excitement.
LIFE HAPPENS IN SMALLER GROUPS
Life happens beyond Sunday. We believe sustained life change happens best in the context of community. In life groups, people study God's Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where we pray, care for one another, and are missed if we don't show up.
EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP AT EVERY LEVEL
We believe in leadership by the people, not just a select few. Identifying, equipping, and empowering people to lead is a key part of sustaining our growth and realizing our mission.
